Yes, I would have to agree with her that only getting 3 years is obsured. You know what killers or people who want to kill are going to do now? They are going to get drunk first, this way they only get 3 years. Ask yourself this question " If you were going to plan a murder and knew that if you were drunk and you'd only get 3 years, out in one and a bit what would you do? Something has got to change.
