 As the name suggests, the Community Services fosters partnerships with community groups to promote the safety of all residents of Durham Region. This Unit, in conjunction with other community associations and groups, coordinates community safety programs such as the VIP Program, Neighbourhood Watch, and the Kids' Safety Village.
