The Fire Marshall’s Office recently informed DRPS investigators of their findings indicating the suspicious fire at All Saints Anglican Church in Whitby on December 14, 2009 was a deliberate act of arson. The arson resulted in extensive damages to the structure but no injuries were reported.
This investigation remains active and no arrests have been made. Investigators continue to appeal to the general public for any new information which may be of assistance.
