  UPDATE #2 - Suspicious Person/Vehicle in Brooklin

Police would like to thank the public for the tips and reports received in regards to this incident.

Investigators have received more than 60 tips since this incident occurred. Every report has been thoroughly investigated; however, none have advanced the investigation.

Recent tips of other possible suspicious persons and vehicles in the area have also been thoroughly investigated but have been determined to be unfounded.

Please continue to speak to your children of the possible dangers from suspicious people and vehicles.

Anyone with any new information regarding this incident is asked to contact D/Cst. Sullivan of Central West Criminal Investigations Bureau at 1-888-579-1520 ext. 1847.

Anonymous information can be sent to Durham Regional Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477) or online at www.durhamregionalcrimestoppers.ca and tipsters may be eligible for a $2,000 cash reward.
