Police are appealing to the public for assistance in locating a theft suspect in Ajax.
On Monday, March 25th, 2024 at approximately 5:45 a.m., an unknown male entered the Circle K located at 961 Westney Road South in Ajax. The male proceeded around the front counter and accessed the cigarette display while employee was in the washroom. As he was removing a quantity of cigarettes the employee confronted him but he was able to leave the store with the property.
The suspect is described as: Male, black, 40-60 years, 6’2”, 200Ibs, black jacket, grey hoodie, ball cap with green bill and carry a black, red hand bag grey and brown beard.
The employee did not suffer any physical injuries.
