Male Wanted After Cutting Ankle Monitor

A 28-year-old male is wanted for failing to comply with a release order after he removed his GPS monitoring device and fled the area.
On Tuesday, May 16, 2023 at approximately 11:20 p.m., members of West Division attended a residence in the area of Delaney Drive and Westney Road North, in Ajax for a GPS monitoring device being removed by an accused. The suspect, being on a release order with conditions to have a GPS monitoring device and to reside with his surety, removed the device and fled the residence. His whereabouts are currently unknown.
Michael NANTON-MADDEN, age 28, of Ajax, is wanted for Fail to Comply Release Order x2.

If anyone sees this male, or knows his whereabouts, please do not approach the male and notify police immediately.
