Search Warrant Executed in Oshawa for Robbery Suspect
A Criminal Code search warrant that was executed at a residential address in Oshawa has led to a 33-year-old male facing robbery charges.
On Wednesday, March 8, 2023, at approximately 7:57 p.m., members of the Robbery Unit were assisted by members of Central East Division as well as the Tactical Support Unit in executing a Criminal Code search warrant on Glenn Street in Oshawa. A 33-year-old male was arrested without incident and now faces numerous robbery related charges.
Cory MACKINNON, age 33, of Oshawa has been charged with: Robbery with Offensive Weapon x4, Disguise with Intent x4, Possession of Weapons Dangerous x4 and Breach of Probation x3.
He was held for a bail hearing.
MACKINNON is responsible for the following robberies:
Circle K located at 355 Wentworth Street (January 16th, January 25th, and March 8th)
Absolute Discount located at 355 Wentworth Street (January 25th)
