UPDATE: Police Appeal for Witnesses in Overnight Shooting in Oshawa

Police are requesting the public’s assistance in locating a male who is wanted for numerous firearm offences after shooting a male in Oshawa.

On Sunday, October 9, 2022, at approximately 11:50 p.m., members from Central West Division were dispatched to an armed person call inside the Whiskey John’s located at 843 King Street West.  Officers arrived on scene and located one male suffering from a gunshot wound.  The male was taken to a Toronto-area trauma centre with serious but non-life-threatening injuries. 

A warrant has been issued for: Isan MURLEY, age 30 of Oshawa.  MURLEY is wanted for 12 charges which include: Discharge Firearm with Intent to Wound/Endanger Life, Carry Concealed Weapon, Possession of a Loaded Restricted or Prohibited Firearm and Aggravated Assault.
