Drugs and Money Seized During Project Temple

Four individuals have been arrested and are facing multiple charges after a drug investigation in Beaverton.

On Wednesday June 25, 2025, members of DRPS’ North Division Criminal Investigative Branch, assisted by the East Division Crime Team, the Drug Enforcement Unit and the Gun and Gang Unit, concluded a nearly month-long drug investigation dubbed “Project Temple” with the arrest of four individuals and the execution of three warrants at residences in Beaverton and Thornhill. 

During the search of the residences, investigators seized several items, including more than 100 grams of Fentanyl, 550 grams of Cocaine, 850 grams of Methamphetamine and $130,000 in cash.

Demetri Joshua DAWKINS-RHYNIE, age 27 from Thornhill has been charged with Possession for the Purpose (Cocaine), Possession for the Purpose (Methamphetamine), and Possession for the Purpose (Fentanyl).

Nicole Cecilia Wallace, age 35 from Beaverton has been charged with Possession for the Purpose (Cocaine) and Possession for the Purpose (Methamphetamine).

Matthew Wade Martin BASLER, age 34 from Beaverton has been charged with Possession for the Purpose (Methamphetamine).

Shannon Mark POLS, age 51 of Beaverton has been charged with Possession for the Purpose (Cocaine).

All four were held for a bail hearing.
