Male Facing Charges in Human Trafficking Investigation
Male Facing Charges in Human Trafficking Investigation

Kemoy CHISHOLM is currently serving a five-and-a-half-year prison sentence for human trafficking related charges. He is now facing 12 new charges after additional victims came forward, as well as charges for attempting to procure victims while in federal custody.
In March 2025, the DRPS Human Trafficking Unit received information about a male convicted of human trafficking attempting to procure victims while serving his sentence at a penitentiary. The suspect contacted victims through Instagram and telephone while in prison.
Two additional victims also came forward to police and provided information to investigators that between 2018 and 2020, CHISHOLM exploited the victims and coerced them to engage in sexual acts with men in exchange for money.
He created online advertisements which detailed the services each victim would provide as well as the pricing, taking all funds earned. He flew his victims to British Columbia in an effort to generate more revenue. One of the victim’s cellphones was mirrored with his own to ensure he was aware of all monitoring activity including communications and calls. When COVID impacted society, one victim was forced to hand over their CERB payments.
CHISHOLM is now contacting previous victims in an attempt to gain control back over them and procure them back into the sex trafficking world.
Following the investigation, a Judges Order was issued and 12 additional charges in relation to the historic offences and the new offences have been laid.
Kemoy CHISHOLM, age 35, is charged with multiple offences, including: Trafficking in Persons by Exercising Control x2; Material Benefit from Sexual Services x2, Procuring/Exercise Control x3, Advertising Sexual Service x2, Financial/Material Benefit Trafficking Person Over 18 x2 and Withhold/Destroy Travel of Identity Document/Trafficking Person Over 18.
CHISHOLM also goes by nicknames, "MONEY", "KMONEY", "HAVOC" and "KING".
Investigators believe that there are more victims in relation to CHISHOLM and are asking anyone with information, or anyone who has been victimized by him to contact the Human Trafficking unit via 905 579 1520 ext. 5230.
