Police Looking for Suspects after a Shooting in Pickering
Two people have been taken to the hospital with serious injuries after an overnight shooting in Pickering.
On Saturday, August 16, 2025, at approximately 1:10 a.m., members from West Division were called to a parking lot in the area of Liverpool Road and Kingston Road for reports of shots being fired. Officers arrived on scene and located two people suffering from gunshot wounds. Both victims were transported to a Toronto-area trauma centre where they remain in stable condition.
The suspect is described as: male, Brown, with a light complexion, approximately 6’ with a medium to heavy build. He was wearing a jersey-style shirt. He fled the area in a dark coloured sedan.
Police are appealing for anyone who was in the area at the time and may have cellphone or dashcam video to contact investigators.
