Single Motor Vehicle Rollover in Uxbridge

On Friday August 22, 2025 at approximately 3:10 p.m., officers from North Division responded to a single vehicle rollover in the area of Uxbridge Concession 3 just north of the Uxbridge-Pickering Townline.

A loaded Freightliner truck was traveling southbound on Uxbridge Concession 3, north of Uxbridge Pickering Townline, when it entered into the soft shoulder. The driver attempted to steer the truck out of the ditch; however, the weighted load caused the truck to roll onto its side.

A 68-year-old male was transported to a Toronto-area trauma centre with life-threatening injuries.

Members of the DRPS Collision Investigation Unit, attended the scene and investigated the circumstances of the incident. The roadway was closed for several hours while evidence was collected.
