Firearm and Drugs Seized After Male Arrested in Uxbridge
A male is facing numerous charges after a firearm and drugs were located in his possession when he was arrested in Uxbridge.
On Friday, December 26, 2025, at approximately 9:00 p.m., members of North Division located a male wanted on an outstanding warrant. Officers took the male into custody and located a firearm in a satchel the suspect was wearing. The firearm was loaded and had a prohibited extended magazine attached. Drugs were also located in the suspect’s possession.
This male was already bound by court conditions prohibiting the possession of any weapon, firearm or ammunition for life.
Marek RUCHLEWICZ, age 27 of No Fixed Address is charged with numerous offences including: Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm, Unauthorized Possession of a Prohibited Device, Careless Storage of a Firearm, Possess Loaded Prohibited/Restricted Firearm, Carry Concealed Weapon, Possess Weapon Dangerous, Possess Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (cocaine), Possess Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (oxycodone), Possess Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (morphine), and Breach Prohibition Order x2.
He was held for a bail hearing.
