Male Arrested After Sexual Assault Investigation in Ajax

A male is facing sexual assault charges after an investigation in Ajax.

On Saturday, July 5, 2025, members of West Division responded to a sexual assault call in the area of Harwood Avenue South and Bayly Street East. The victim reported being sexually assaulted after meeting with a male that she had spoken with on Snapchat. 

The suspect was later located and taken into custody without incident.

Police have concerns there may be other victims. The suspect is known to use the Snapchat handle ‘AJSWRLD22’. 

Austin Jeffrey STREMBLE, age 22 from Toronto is charged with: Sexual Assault.

He was released on an Undertaking.
