Male Arrested for Drug Trafficking in Pickering
A male is facing charges after being found in possession of drugs in Pickering.
On Saturday, March 28, 2026, at approximately 6:40 p.m., members of West Division responded to an armed person call at the McDonalds located at 1300 Kingston Road. Police received a report that a male seated inside the restaurant was in possession of a firearm. Officers arrived on scene and located the suspect, who was taken into custody without incident. A search of the suspect found over 180 grams of fentanyl, scales, cell phones, and drug paraphernalia.
The suspect was released on bail a month earlier for similar offences and was bound by firearms prohibition conditions at the time of his arrest.
Jayden James VINCE-ANTHONY, age 25 from Pickering is charged with: Possess Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (fentanyl), and Breach Probation.
He was held for a bail hearing.
