Police Appealing for Witnesses After Arsons in Pickering

Police are appealing for witnesses after arsons involving several homes under construction in Pickering.

On Thursday, September 25, 2025, at approximately 8:50 p.m., members of West Division responded to a fire in the area of Kerrydale Avenue and Marchington Square. Officers arrived on scene and located several homes under construction engulfed in flames. All of the residences were unoccupied and still under construction.

No physical injuries have been reported as a result of the arson.

The investigation remains ongoing, and police are appealing to any witnesses or anyone who may have video footage, including home surveillance or dashcam, to please contact police.
