Robbery at Convenience Store in Oshawa
One male and one female have been arrested after a robbery at a convenience store in Oshawa.
On Tuesday, December 9, 2025, at approximately 6:10 p.m., members of Central East Division responded to a robbery at a convenience store in the area of Ritson Road North and Taunton Road East. The suspects entered the store and attempted to conceal merchandise. When confronted by an employee, the male suspect assaulted the employee, stole items, and fled the premises.
The employee sustained minor injuries as a result.
Police located the suspects a short distance away at which time they were placed in custody without incident.
Pablo RAMIREZ-AIZCORBE, age 19 of Ajax is charged with several offences included: Assault with a Weapon; Assault Cause Bodily Harm; Theft Under $5000; Possession of Property Obtained by Crime; Possession of Scheduled I Substance.
He was held for a bail hearing.
A 16-year-old female from Oshawa has been charged with: Possession of Property Obtained by Crime.
She was released on an Undertaking.
