Serious Single Motor Vehicle Collision in Uxbridge

A 22-year-old male and his 20-year-old male passenger were seriously injured after a single motor vehicle collision in Uxbridge.

On Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at approximately 7:40 a.m., members of North Division responded to a single motor vehicle collision in the area of York Durham Line and Aurora Road in the Township of Uxbridge.

The vehicle was travelling eastbound on Aurora Road when it crossed the intersection at York Durham Line, continuing eastbound onto a private road. The vehicle entered the private road at a high rate of speed leaving the roadway into a large field. 

The 22-year-old male driver and his 20-year-old male passenger were transported to a Toronto-area trauma centre. The 22-year-old male sustained serious but non-life-threatening injuries. The 20-year-old passenger remains in critical condition. 

Members of the DRPS Collision Investigation Unit attended the scene to conduct an investigation. The area of the roadway was closed for several hours while evidence was collected. This collision is still under investigation.
