PROGRAM
Overview

Work Out With A Cop is a FREE monthly group fitness initiative led by East Division. For 18+. This community-focused program encourages participants to engage directly with members of the Durham Regional Police Service (DRPS) through physical activity. You’ll train alongside experienced officers who will share valuable insights about the profession while leading you through a workout designed to help you meet the mental & physical requirements of the shuttle run and BEEP test.

A workout designed to challenge and strengthen you for the shuttle run and BEEP test.
Hear firsthand experiences from officers, learn about the daily challenges of the profession, and gain valuable knowledge for your future career.
Ask questions, connect with officers, and learn more about law enforcement in an open and encouraging setting.
What do I need to participate?
Sample Workout
Each session includes completing the BEEP test followed by an intense group workout designed to challenge participants and build camaraderie.
