Male Arrested Following Robbery Investigation in Orono
A male is facing charges following an investigation into a convenience store robbery in Orono.
On Monday, April 27, 2026, at approximately 12:40 p.m., members of East Division responded to an unknown trouble call at Mister Convenience located at 5351 Main Street. A male entered the business and picked up several bottles of liquor before attempting to leave without paying. The suspect assaulted an employee when confronted and fled the store on foot. A second employee followed the suspect and was also assaulted before the suspect fled the area in a waiting vehicle.
Both victims suffered minor injuries.
The suspect was later identified by investigators and taken into custody, following a separate break-and-enter investigation.
Zachary HENRY, age 29 of No Fixed Address is charged with: Robbery, and Breach Probation.
He was held for a bail hearing.
