Male Arrested for Failing to Comply with Release Order

A 43-year-old male has been charged with failing to comply with his court-imposed release order after being convicted of sexual offences against a child. 

On Monday, June 22, 2026, members from East Division received information that a male was breaching his conditions. Through investigation, officers confirmed that the male is bound by a court-imposed order, which prohibits him from being in the company of or communicating with anyone under 16-years-of-age.  Officers were able to confirm the male violated this order and he was arrested without incident.

Alexander BROOKING, age 46, of Oshawa is charged with Fail to Comply with Release Order.

He was held for a bail hearing.
