Male Wanted After Auto Theft Investigation
Police are requesting the public’s assistance in locating a male wanted in relation to the trafficking of stolen vehicles.
Members of the DRPS Auto Robbery Crime Unit have identified a male involved in organized auto theft in the Greater Toronto Area. The accused resides in Quebec, but would travel to Ontario to steal vehicles for the purpose of trafficking.
Nicholas BLANCHETTE, age 23 from Quebec is wanted for: Theft of Motor Vehicle, Traffic in Property Obtained by Crime Over $5000 x3, Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5000 for the Purpose of Trafficking x3, Conspiracy to Commit an Indictable Offence, and Fail to Comply with Probation Order.
Anyone who has any information or knows the whereabouts of the accused is asked to contact D/Cst. Nicholson at 1-888-579-1520 ext. 5369.
