Police Looking for Information after Shooting at Ajax Residence

No injuries have been reported following a shooting outside an Ajax residence.

On Sunday, September 13, 2026, at approximately 9:50 a.m. members of West Division responded to a shooting outside of an Ajax residence in the area of Taunton Road East and Salem Road. Officers attended and located numerous shell casings in the area and obvious damage to the residence caused by the discharged firearm. 

Through further investigation, officers determined that the shooting occurred the night prior, on Saturday, September 12, 2026 at approximately 11:05 p.m.

No injuries have been reported to police at this time. This is believed to be an isolated incident and there is no risk to public safety.
