Police Seeking Suspect After Damage to Marked Cruiser in Beaverton
The Durham Regional Police Service (DRPS) is seeking the public's assistance in identifying a suspect responsible for damaging a marked police cruiser in Beaverton.
On Saturday, September 12, 2026, at approximately 11:21 p.m., the male suspect attended the area of the Beaverton Arena, located at 176 Main Street in Brock Township. The suspect urinated on the driver's side door of a marked DRPS cruiser and damaged both windshield wipers before leaving the area.
Investigators are seeking any witnesses or anyone with video surveillance, dash camera footage, or cellphone recordings from the area around the time of the occurrence.
A photo of the suspect is being released in hopes that a member of the public can assist police in identifying him.
