Suspect Sought After Stabbing in Oshawa
Police are searching for a suspect after a male was stabbed multiple times in Oshawa.
On Saturday, May 30, 2026, at approximately 5:00 a.m., members of Central East Division were on proactive patrol when they located an injured male in the area of Simcoe Street North and Bond Street. The victim suffered several stab wounds and was transported to a Toronto-area trauma centre in serious but non-life-threatening condition.
Further investigation revealed that the stabbing had initially occurred in a nearby field, approximately one hour prior to police locating the male.
This investigation is ongoing.
