Police are seeking the public's assistance identifying a male suspect involved in a break-and-enter in Bowmanville.

On Monday April 14, 2025 at approximately 2:00 p.m., members from East Division responded to a break-and-enter in the area of Trudeau Drive and Marchwood Crescent for a male breaking the front window of a residence with an axe. There were no occupants in the home at the time of the break-and-enter.

The investigation revealed that three male suspects smashed the front door of the residence and entered.

The suspects were associated to a black Honda CRV Sport Utility Vehicle which fled the area prior to police arrival.

This appears to be an isolated incident and the investigation remains ongoing.
