Police Investigating Daytime Break and Enter in Ajax

On Monday January 27, 2025, members of West Division responded to a break-and-enter at a residence in the area of Dexshire Drive and 5th Concession Road in Ajax. Investigation revealed that the incident occurred at approximately 10:50 a.m., when entry was gained through the rear patio door.

Surveillance footage shows a male suspect approaching the front door and knocking repeatedly. Shortly afterward, two male suspects are seen jumping the backyard fence and using a hammer or similar tool to smash the glass patio door.

The suspects fled prior to police arrival. Several personal items were stolen.

The suspects are described as:

Suspect #1 is described as male, 6 feet tall. He was wearing a grey/black hooded jacket, grey/blue sweatpants and black mid-top shoes (possibly Air Jordans).

Suspect #2 is described as male, 6 feet tall, thick build. He was wearing a black hooded jacket, dark/grey jeans, black shoes and carried a red/black duffel/tool bag.

The suspects were associated to a light-coloured Nissan SUV.
