Police Looking to Identify a Male Suspect After Indecent Act

Police are looking to identify a male suspect after an indecent act in which the male exposed himself in Oshawa.
On Thursday, August 21, 2025 at approximately 10:00 p.m., members from Central East Division responded to an indecent act in the area of Simcoe Street South and First Avenue. The male suspect walked behind the victim as she waited at a bus stop. As the suspect approached, he exposed himself then fled the area.
The suspect is described as male, White, thin build, light brown/blonde hair. Wearing a grey hoodie with black sleeves and black hood, black pants and green shoes with a red sole.
