Two Males Arrested Driving Stolen Vehicle in Oshawa
Two males have been arrested in a stolen vehicle during a traffic stop in Oshawa.
On Saturday, May 17, 2025, at approximately 8:15 p.m., members of Central East Division were proactively patrolling in the area of Bloor Street East and Park Road South when they received an alert from their Automated Licence Plate Recognition (ALPR) system. The alert indicated that a nearby black Toyota Rav4 was reported as stolen.
Officers then observed the suspect vehicle traveling eastbound on Bloor Street East. A traffic stop was conducted and two male suspects were taken into custody without incident.
Antonio CABRERA, age 18 from Oshawa, is charged with: Possess Property Obtained By Crime Exceeding $5000
He was released on an undertaking.
A 16-year-old male from Oshawa is charged with: Possess Property Obtained by Crime Exceeding $5000
He was released on an undertaking.
