Woman Suffers Life-Threatening Injuries in Newtonville Collision

A 69-year-old female is suffering from life-threatening injuries after a two vehicle collision in Newtonville.

On Sunday, August 24, 2025, at approximately 11:30 a.m., members from East Division responded to a motor vehicle collision on Concession Road 5, west of Newtonville Road. The driver of a Suzuki SFV motorcycle was eastbound on Concession Road 5 when a collision occurred with a westbound Cadillac.

The driver of the motorcycle was transported to a Toronto-area trauma centre with life-threatening injuries. The driver of the vehicle did not report any physical injuries at the time and remained on scene.

Members of the DRPS Collision Investigation Unit attended the scene to conduct an investigation. The cause of the collision remains under investigation.
