Female Arrested After Break-and-Enters at Seniors Residence

A female has been arrested following an investigation into several break-and-enters that occurred at a seniors residence in Oshawa.

On Tuesday, September 5, 2023, members of Central East Division were called to a seniors residence in the area of Wilson Road North and Attersley Drive in Oshawa after it was reported that a female had entered an apartment and stole cash. When confronted, the female suspect claimed to be a Personal Support Worker and had entered the wrong apartment. The female fled when asked to provide documentation confirming her identity.

Following an investigation, the female suspect was identified and arrested.

Angela HANNAH, age 47 of Trenton has been charged with: Break-and-Enter Dwelling with Intent x4, and Fail to Comply with Probation Order x8.

She was held for a bail hearing.
