Male and Female Facing Drug Trafficking Charges in Oshawa

A male and female are facing drug trafficking charges after search warrants were conducted at two residences in Oshawa.

On Thursday, September 14, 2023 members of the Central East Division Community Response Team, with the assistance of the DRPS Tactical Support Unit and the Gun and Gang Enforcement Unit, executed search warrants at addresses in the area of Fourth Avenue and Bloor Street East and Beatty Avenue and Ritson Road South in Oshawa. A quantity of drugs and drug paraphernalia were located and seized.

Michael DILLON, age 39 of Oshawa is charged with: Possess Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (cocaine) x1, Possess Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (methamphetamine) x1 and Possess Other Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking x1.

Charlene ALLARD, age 29 of Oshawa is charged with: Possess Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (cocaine) x1, Possess Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (methamphetamine) x1 and Possess Other Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking x1.

Both parties were held for a bail hearing.
