Numerous Drugs Located Following Search Warrant in Clarington

Two males and two females are facing charges after numerous drugs were located during a search warrant at a Clarington residence.

On Thursday, April 25, 2024, members of the Community Response Team, with the assistance of the Drug Enforcement Unit, executed a search warrant at a residence in the area of Simpson Avenue and Jane Street.

Several individuals were located inside the residence and taken into custody without incident. A quantity of drugs was found and seized. 

Billy GLOVER, age 40 from Clarington is charged with: Possess Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (cocaine), Possess Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (opioid), and Fail to Comply with Recognizance.

Michelle WOOLNER, age 46 from Clarington is charged with: Possess Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (cocaine), and Possess Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (opioid).

Rebecca BOWDEN, age 39 from Clarington is charged with: Possess Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (cocaine), and Possess Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (opioid).

Peter JOHNSTON, age 36 from Clarington is charged with: Possess Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (cocaine), and Possess Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (opioid).

GLOVER was held for a bail hearing.  All other parties were released on an Undertaking.
