Physiotherapist in Training Arrested for Sexual Assault in Oshawa

A physiotherapist in training is facing charges of sexual assault after a patient came forward to police.

On Tuesday, February 27, 2024, members from Central East Division responded to an allegation of a sexual assault that occurred at the Dynamic Balance Physiotherapy Clinic located at 11 Gibb Street in Oshawa.  The victim, was a patient at the clinic and was sexually assaulted on more than one occasion.  One of the assaults was captured on video.

Police are concerned there may be other victims and are requesting anyone with information to come forward.

Kiran PANNITHODIYIL BHASKARAN, age 34 from Toronto is charged with: Sexual Assault x2 and Voyeurism.

He was released on an Undertaking.
