Police Execute Third Search Warrant at Fun Guyz in Oshawa

Police have executed a third search warrant regarding the sale of illegal psilocybin (magic mushroom) products at a business in Oshawa.

On Wednesday, December 13, 2023, members of the Central East Division Community Response Team executed a search warrant at Fun Guyz, a business located at 9 Simcoe Street South in Oshawa.  Fun Guyz had been observed selling illegal psilocybin (magic mushroom) products.  A female employee was arrested inside the premise without incident.  A quantity of narcotics and Canadian currency was seized.

Claudia RODRIGUEZ, age 51 from Whitby is charged with: Possess Controlled Drug or Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking x1, and Possess Proceeds Obtained by Crime Under $5000 x1.

She was released on an Undertaking.
